Thai massages are done on the floor!

This form of massage therapy dates back over 2500 years and has evolved to being a very popular form of therapy throughout the world, but you may be surprised to find that it is done on the floor – well actually on a mat on the floor.
Up to two hours it takes for the Thai massage therapist to work up from your feet to your head. They use their feet, knees, elbows, hands to stretch and mobilize your joints (in a yoga style – but you don’t have to work!), pressure is used to release the knots of muscle spasm and you don’t even have to undress – just simply wear loose stretchy comfortable clothing :)
