Have you seen how they are always devising a new workout to get everybody excited and back in the health club? You can find spinning courses, Pilate’s clubs and lots of dance type classes where you sweat to tunes. You can even take instructional classes where you physical fitness routine by punching an imaginary opponent! Well, I saw another one not long ago, one that involved a little trampoline. I mean this thing is very small, only about 3 1/2 ft accross. There was an area in the Gym filled with this stuff with a lot of people jumping up and down on them. The one thing I really observed was that everyone was really having a great time! Workout = Fun? I have to check this out! As I looked at it I realized that there’s almost nothing new about this type of workout at all!
