You have your car coupons in your hand and see a great deal… you must ask yourself a few important questions first though, even if you find it more comfortable to hope everything will work out fine with your car rental. An example of what to look out for is; how good is their customer services? Can you contact the company by phone easily; do they answer? Do your e-mails get replied to promptly?
So how do you know which company is best at all this? Well you contact them, test the rental car companies on your short list, and see how they respond. The internet is also a great research tool; check online forums! Ask lots of questions of the people you know; the travel agents, your friends and work colleagues and see if they have had any experience of these companies.
