I really enjoy making my own wine at home. Yes part of the reason is because I really enjoy drinking wine. Another part is because I really enjoy saving money by not purchasing a lot of wine … but do you know why I really love this hobby? I think the main reason I enjoy making my own wine at home is because it makes an awesome gift. I tell nobody ever expects it (at least not the first time around) and after they get it one year as a present they always want some more the next … it kind of makes a person feel good to know that their gifts are so wanted.
