Making wine is probably my second favorite hobby … coming in just behind wine tasting … and since actually making my own homemade wine only increases my ability to drink and enjoy a wonderful bottle more often it is even better. One thing that people need to realize about this hobby, is that making wine is not really very difficult. That is probably the biggest misconception I have seen. It is actually incredibly easy to make your own brew. Now whether or not that homemade brew will being any good … ?
