Many women, and men for that fact, wonder why we have all of these health issues dealing with obesity when our ancestors seems to never have to deal with this. And when I’m talking ancestors, I’m going way way back.
For one, our ancestors eat very clean natural foods. Today’s foods are processed, chemically altered, and who knows what else to save money for the companies. Next our meats are much fattier than a wild animal is. So right there is a reason.
Next, we have access to sugar and salt like it’s going out of style. Our ancestors didn’t really have any access except for in fruits where they were able to get their sugar… and a little from grains. However their grains were very fibrous and good for their intestinal track.
Third, our ancestors where forced to move around and be very athletically fit. That’s because they usually had to catch their own food. We obviously don’t have to do that and since more and more people are just sitting around all day… that naturally leads to becoming obese.
That really highlights the importance of exercises to lose weight and eating a clean eating diet. We need to pretty much simulate what our ancestors used to do by exercising and by eating better. Getting rid of the man-made chemicals… when you do that, your life will improve greatly!
