Although I like several different exercises, I have a clear favorite.

It’s the SQUAT.
Now, I know that sounds cliche, but the squat is not known as the king of vertical jump exercises for nothing.
It is a great exercise that builds multiple muscles at the same time.
There are also many variations of the squat that attack your muscles from different angles.
So, if you want to jump higher, you should focus on squatting, and squatting A LOT.
Try to progress every week, and as your squat weight improves, so will your vertical leap.
