I hang out at the gym a lot. I see guys who walk in every single day who do nothing but lift weights. After a grueling workout session of lifting God-knows-how-many pounds worth of weight, they do something very similar. They will typically walk up to the mirror located on the left-hand side of the gym and flex their muscles. Trouble is, their muscles are buried beneath layers of fat. It’s not my intention to sound disgusting, but let’s be honest — most of these guys are blubber balls who think they can simply grow enough muscle to make the large amounts of fat that they have all over their body seem irrelevant. Nothing could be further from the truth.
